Rajendra RC has been holding his exciting watercolor classes at the Vienna Arts Society. Attendees are discovering the beauty and surprise of watercolor and learning to capture the transparent quality of watercolor in still life and landscape paintings. Raj’s individualized instruction accommodates students from beginners to the very experienced. Raj’s next session begins on March 10. He will again hold classes on Mondays and Tuesday from 10-12,
