Todd has been a professional cameraman in the DC Metro area for over 30 years. While he has worked for companies like Monumental and Base Productions, he has been freelancing for companies like the Discovery & History Channels, 522 Productions, E! News, Department of Interior, and CNN for most of his career. Todd’s knowledge in video production includes but is not limited to videography, lighting, sound, editing, and live streaming.
Todd received four Emmy Awards for his work on the Caps Red Line show and two Tellys for his work on a political commercial and for coverage of a Wizards charity event. During the Pandemic, Todd won “Best in Show ” for the Virginia Alliance Production’s Phone It in Challenge. Using only a cell phone and an iPad, Todd captured “a day in the life” of the sun in his five minute production called, “Sundance”.
When Todd isn’t working in production, he enjoys looking for interesting things to capture with his camera. His still photography includes themes like sunsets, landscapes, cityscapes, wildlife, and architecture. Todd received two awards for his photograph, “NYC Showers”, in the 2021 Town of Vienna Photography Show. The photo captured the hustle of the city on a rainy night and received 2nd place in the architecture division as well as the People’s Choice Award.
In the last few years. Todd has started creating intricate, detailed drawings with pen and ink with monsters, robots, space, and dragons. These drawings take several months to complete. Todd is a member of the Vienna Arts Society and resides in Fairfax, VA with his wife Precious.
